Meet The Team

Chris has been in the real estate field for over 30 years. His passion and goal is to create value for his customers with beautiful, well-laid out developments that stand the test of time. He has exceptional expertise in land development.

Ed plays a dual role at Abele Builders, Inc. His main responsibility is the management and development of our commercial division. Ed has undergraduate degrees from both Siena College and Clarkson University and an MBA from Babson College.

Phyllis has been the building field her entire life, starting by running a lumber yard with her parents for 20 years. She is uniquely qualified to work with our architect to create floorplans and also working with home owners in the Design Center.

Dave works at our construction site each day, managing the building schedule of our home. He is also responsible for coordinating our subcontractor's schedules. Dave has much experience in the carpentry field and adds his expertise daily.

Ben is on the construction site each day. He adds his valuable assistance and support in all divisions of the building process.

John is in the field each day and works to support field personnel to ensure that our projects run smooth and on time.

Maureen acts as the liaison between our sales team and our internal team to ensure a positive customer experience. She also runs our warranty department, working to schedule appointments and with customers post-closing.
