I’m extremely happy with my home built by Abele Builders in the maintenance free community of Glen Meadows. It came to a point in my life where I wanted to downsize to an easy care house, but still desired to live in an independent home. The home has exceeded my expectations. I spent many months researching various builders within our county. It was important to find a quality built home with a design that fit my needs. I needed a community in a country setting, but very convenient to major roads and services. I got all that and more with my choice of Glen Meadows. The location is perfect and the building materials and workmanship are excellent. From beginning to end the Abele staff made the building process easy. I’ve built two other homes and have had to travel to many vendors to make my choices. The Abele Builders Design Center provided quality choices all at one location. The entire team was always efficient and responsive to my questions and concerns. Besides the ease of interior maintenance, the bonus of a well-insulated house has resulted in low utility costs that are much appreciated. I hope my positive experience will encourage you to join the Abele built community.

2017 Showcase of Homes – “Realtor’s Choice” Award Winner – Executive Homes

The Chestnut Hill model in our new development, Cedar Pointe, is the winner of the 2017 Saratoga Springs Showcase of Homes “Realtor’s Choice” award in the Executive Homes category. The home is located at 11 Copper Ridge Drive, Malta, NY 12020. The model home is open to the public Thursday-Sunday 12-3 and by private appointment. The Saratoga Builders Association presented the proceeds totaling $75,000 from the 2017 Saratoga Showcase of Homes to Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties. The Saratoga Builders Association has now contributed over $1.1 million dollars to our local charities from this area’s premiere new home tour event.
