New homesites released at Eastpointe

March 26, 2021

Abele Homes is proud to announce the release of additional homesites in Eastpointe, a brand-new community in Halfmoon NY with a total of 37 homesites. Eastpointe offers city-type lots with a village green and an HOA that offers lawn care, snow removal, and common area maintenance.

Abele Homes offers a large selection of new, open-concept floorplans and home designs ranging from about 1400 – 2007 square feet. Our homes include many standard features, smart-home designs, and quality construction and craftsmanship.

One of the biggest draws of Eastpointe is its location. It is located off Cemetery Road, near Old Route 146, and takes minutes to access Northway. This community is also located in the Shenendehowa School District -- Arongen Elementary School and Koda Middle School.

There has been a massive population surge in Saratoga County, with Halfmoon being one of the fastest-growing townships in New York State. According to the United States Census Bureau, Halfmoon has seen its population grow 14.2% from 2010 to 2018. Notably, a Trader Joe’s is being built in Halfmoonas well as a Farm Store, which is a drive-through convenience store. Both exciting additions to Halfmoon are minutes from Eastpointe!

My wife and I decided to take on the challenge of building a home in the Saratoga County area, and we thought we’d add the extra challenge of doing it during a pandemic. We chose Abele Builders because they walked us through the process step by step and made us feel so at ease with everything. All of our questions were answered immediately. When it was safe to meet with Moe and her family at the design center, we were amazed at the numerous choices for designing your forever home. The home was completed on time, with great care and attention to detail. We are beyond happy with our home at Cedar Pointe and look forward to our future here.
