2024 Saratoga Showcase of Homes

Join us as we participate in this wonderful annual event over 4 days, the Saratoga Showcase of Homes! Come see our model home at Juniper Ridge (9 Magnolia Drive Halfmoon, NY 12065), as well as 8 other wonderful homes by the area's local builders. Homes are open from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on October 5th & 6th and 12th and 13th.

Tickets are sold at every showcase home so you can buy your tickets at the door of the first house you visit. There are also various other locations to purchase tickets listed on the Purchase Tickets page of this website. Additionally, they can be purchased online at the Purchase Ticket page on this website. Please note tickets purchased online will have a $2.00 processing fee. Tickets are $25 each; Children under 12 are free. https://www.saratogashowcaseofhomes.com/tickets/

The net proceeds from this annual event go to Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Counties.

We want to thank you for making the entire experience such a pleasure. It wasn’t like we were just purchasing a house; you made it special, and we knew we were purchasing a new home. You are warm and you welcomed us into your Abele family. From the first time we looked at the model, to selecting our lot to choosing which house style we wanted, to then picking our bathroom, kitchen, floor, carpet, and all that goes with building a new home it was a wonderful experience. Every contractor, subcontractor, landscaper, Dan, Ben, Jay, Dave, everybody we have interacted with along the way has been knowledgeable, helpful and terrific to work with. This move was a huge transition for us after being in our original home for over 33 years. We are so excited to start our next chapter of life in our gorgeous new Abele home. You helped make our transition very welcoming.
